Add the open cmd prompt to folder context menus also drives and My Computer

Now you can easily use command prompt from folder, drives, even my computer. It means that you have no need to type CD emdadblog in command prompt to go to the destination.

Just right click the folder,drives or computer and choose command prompt.See the picture
