How to mount hard disk partition ?

Mount to a new hard disk partition helps to store more data in a partition without increasing the size of desired partition when the hard disk storage finished. By mounting a drive you can enjoy the storage limitation of hard disk.  In this post I will show you how to mount a drive.

To mount a drive follow this :

Right click on My computer and go to "Manage" option .See below picture

How to mount a drive?

From here click on Manage. A new window will appear

From here go to Disk management and right click on desired Partition to mount. See the Picture

From here click on Add.

From here click on Browse

How to mount a drive?

Now Locate the folder, where you want to mount your desired drive.

Note : You can locate only folder to mount, not drive.

And click OK twice

Now see the result.
